Juned Shaikh is an outgoing Customer Relations and Operations Management enthusiast who has graduated from a Distance university & done his Diploma course from M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering, Currently pursuing MBA in marketing from DY Patil University Pune. He possesses a total experience of about 20 years in the field of Operations and Customer Service. He had started his journey as a Promoter at M/S Carma Pvt Ltd and continuously fine-tuned his skills to be associated with big names like Vodafone as Senior Customer Care Executive and was eventually promoted to the position of Team leader. He then moved on to working with MoneyonMobile, a FinTech company that was operational even before digital payments took off in India, as the Head of Customer Service for nine years.
