Sumit Kumar Dash is a tech enthusiast, a serial entrepreneur, and a firm believer in Balanced Development. Having graduated with Bachelors of Technology (B.Tech), in Electronics & Telecommunications, from the Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, Sumit was always passionate about making the latest technology available and affordable to the masses. Sumit Kumar Dash is a tech enthusiast, a serial entrepreneur, and a firm believer in Balanced Development. Manoj Kumar is an entrepreneur and, a tech evangelist with in-depth expertise in end-to-end Solution Architecture and Software Development, spanning over a period of more than 15 years. Manoj has graduated (B. Tech) from IIT Ghaziabad and is one of the key enablers behind the ongoing innovations at PayInc Private Ltd. Manoj Kumar Baghel is an entrepreneur and, a tech evangelist with in-depth expertise in end-to-end Solution Architecture and Software Development, spanning over a period of more than 15 years. Manoj has graduated (B. Tech) from IIT Ghaziabad and is one of the key enablers behind the ongoing innovations at PayInc Private Ltd. He is an efficient team leader with excellent oratory skills. Besides being a software geek, Manoj also has to his credit a number of management skills like Vendor Management, Business Development, Product Management, etc. Manoj believes that the optimum utilization of technology can enable a greater performance to cost ratio. His expertise in the field, backed by his qualification from a prestigious institution, coupled by his out of the box thinking and problem-solving aptitude, has helped him adapt to changing and uncertain environments quickly and effortlessly.

Amiya Satpathy

Mr Amiya Satpathy has graduated from Sambalpur University, Orissa, with a diploma in Computer Applications from SET-Z. From his graduation days, he was always interested in managing numbers and understanding how vital finance is for a business and how can it be put to the best use of any company. His passion and motivation for finance, combined with his inquisitiveness toward computers and enabling automated financial systems, made him work in essential roles like Team Leader from early on in his career. With his growing experience, innovation and efficiency, Mr Amiya has had a very successful career trajectory with a number of major companies in India.

Amiya Satpathy

Mr. Amiya Satpathy is a graduate from Sambalpur University, Orissa with a diploma in Computer Applications from SET-Z. Mr. Amiya’s curious nature made him acquire a variety of skills during his professional life, he is a Cisco Certified Network associate with a deep understanding of Web Services and SQL. He is now actively involved in handling the finances of the company while ensuring the overall well-being of the organisation. Amiya specialises in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Digitisation of Finance, Investment Analysis and maintaining healthy relationships with the stakeholders

Juned Shaikh
Co-Founder and COO

Juned Shaikh is an outgoing Customer Relations and Operations Management enthusiast who has graduated from a Distance university & done his Diploma course from M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering. He possesses a total experience of about 20 years in the field of Operations and Customer Service. He had started his journey as a Quality Analyst at M/S Carma Pvt Ltd and continuously fine-tuned his skills to be associated with big names like Vodafone as Senior Customer Care Executive and was eventually promoted to the position of Team leader. He then moved on to working with MoneyonMobile, a FinTech company that was operational even before digital payments took off in India, as the Head of Customer Service for nine years.

Navaz Damania is a Communications and Public Relations Specialist with a keen interest in Corporate Communications, Public Relations and Relationship Management. Her keen interest in the field and her impeccable people skills yielded her the position of Recruitment Executive at Big leap HR Solutions. Due to her excellent demeanour and professional skills, she quickly gained recognition in her field, and her career grew at the same pace. During her six years of working in the area, Anindita has worked with a number of HR consultancies, IT companies and FinTech Companies in the position of Senior Recruiter and Human Resources Head. She had successfully driven many Human Resource oriented campaigns during her tenure at these organisations. Prasanna Kumar Biswal is a specialist in Finance related Operations such as Cash Management, Accounting and related fields. He completed his graduation from Sambalpur University in 2008. Prasanna specializes in ERP systems and Accounting software solutions like Accounting Package 7.2. With an aspiration to work in a competitive environment, Prasanna started as a Junior Officer at HDB Financial Services Ltd Wholesale Banking Operation (WBO), which is a part of HDFC Bank Ltd. After working there for three years, Prasanna then went on to work with the coveted Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Company as Cashier and proved his mettle. Prasanna Kumar Biswal is a specialist in Finance related Operations such as Cash Management, Accounting and related fields. He had completed his graduation from Sambalpur University in 2008. Akhilesh Prajapati is a highly skilled Engineering Manager with experience spanning over ten years in I.T., especially in web-based Application Development on .NET technology. Akhilesh has an outgoing personality, and combined with a zeal to accept a challenging job; he has been an asset to every organization he has worked with. Graduating with B. Sc with mathematics, Akhilesh went ahead and completed his post-graduation in M.C.A. from Mumbai University. Akhilesh Prajapati

Akhilesh Prajapati is a highly skilled Engineering Manager with an experience spanning over ten years in IT especially in web-based Application Development on .NET technology. Mr. Abhishek Pandey is a tech enthusiast, with a knack for software development and testing. After completing his B.Sc. (IT) from Mumbai University he started his journey as a Software Engineer by working with Offshore Data Processing Private Limited, where he first began undertaking Data Processing and Reporting. His interest in Databases and software development then progressed him up the corporate ladder as Senior Technical Support Engineer at a FinTech company. This is where his association with payment systems and processes began. He was actively involved in enhancing the transaction experience for their customers by identifying and eliminating all the errors in the system. His forward thinking and professional demeanour helped him carve a niche for himself in the FinTech space where he specialised in payments handling, database management and software development and maintenance.

Abhishek Pandey
Head – Tech Operations

Mr. Abhishek Pandey is a tech enthusiast, with a knack for software development and testing. After completing his B.Sc. (IT) from Mumbai University he started his journey as a Software Engineer by working with Offshore Data Processing Private Limited, where he first began undertaking Data Processing and Reporting. His interest in Databases and software development then progressed him up the corporate ladder as Senior Technical Support Engineer at a FinTech company. This is where his association with payment systems and processes began. Mehejabeen Akil Shaikh is a young and dynamic customer service expert with significant expertise in CIBIL Counseling and was even acknowledged as the best CIBIL Counsellor in December 2019. Graduating from Mumbai University with Zoology as a major, Mehejabeen possesses nine years of experience primarily in the FinTech space, having worked with companies that had ventured into the area long before digital payments had taken a leap in our country. She also has expertise in handling escalations and customer complaints, mainly owing to her seven long years of experience in Customer Service. Mehejabeen has been an excellent academician with her consistent performance throughout her education.
